Delete your PINMEET account

PINMEET, run by Paul Brown

You can delete your PINMEET account at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: In the app (quickest)

Open PINMEET and tap Profile.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your profile is hidden and you are signed out straight away.

Option 2: By email

If you can't open the app, email support@pinmeet.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Your profile is hidden straight away.
Within 30 days we erase or anonymise your information, including your photos, location and sign-in details.
Messages you sent are replaced with "[deleted]". Messages you received stay with the other person.

What we keep

Messages that were reported, plus reports, blocks and moderation records, are kept for safety reasons.
Any backup copy made during deletion is destroyed within 30 days.
